FOAS - Friends of Alveley School
(Alveley Primary School PTA)
Welcome to The Friends of Alveley School webpage. We are a group of friendly volunteers and our main focus is to raise funds to purchase items that would otherwise fall out of the schools' budget. We have regular committee meetings to catch up to discuss ideas where everyone is welcome.
If you would like to get involved or think you can help in any way we would love to hear from you. Speak to any of our current committee members, leave a message with the school or find us on the FOAS Facebook page. On the Facebook page you will also find information about events and our latest fund raising mission. https://www.facebook.com/foaspta

News and Events
The best place to find out information on events, projects and member contact is the FOAS Facebook page.
There are regular events throughout the year. Events are a great way of bringing the community
and school together for such a worthy cause so please bring along family and friends. Remember the
more money we raise – the more money that will go back into the school!
For details of our upcoming events check out our Facebook page.
If you shop with Amazon Prime then please consider using AmazonSmile. This is a service provided by Amazon to
support charities with no cost to the buyer. Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your AmazonSmile purchases
to the FOAS. You can click the link below or from your Amazon Prime account you can select ‘Your Amazon Smile’.
Be sure to select Friends Of Alveley School as your chosen charity.
Do you know of anyone or any businesses who would be willing to make donations of raffle prizes, Gift Vouchers or Bingo prizes?
We are always grateful to our sponsors and ensure that we write to them following an event notifying them of just how successful the fundraiser has been due to their generosity.
“The FOAS are proud to work in partnership with Alveley Primary School to make a difference to every child.”
