Urban Biathlon
For the biathlon Alveley children ran 1000 metres around the Friars running between poles, then they ran up a short hill, down a slip and slide and through enormous puddle. Finishing with jumping over ropes and crawling under crossed poles.
It was a quick shower and straight into the pool to swim 100 metres. Overall, everyone had a fun and tiring time.
